TAMM is a state-of-the-art unified digital ecosystem comprising over 700 government and private sector services in Abu Dhabi, with core focus on customer satisfaction. We supported TAMM by designing and animating tutorials to introduce and inform a diverse range of target audiences about the services and features available on the TAMM app.

Challenge

Introducing TAMM’s extensive digital ecosystem, with over 700 government and private sector services, to a diverse audience was challenging. The goal was to ensure all users, regardless of tech proficiency, could easily understand and navigate the TAMM app.

We used our design and animation expertise to create engaging tutorials for the TAMM app. These tutorials simplified complex functionalities into clear, digestible segments. With step-by-step guides and animations, we highlighted key features and benefits, making the app accessible to users of all ages and backgrounds. This approach enhanced user understanding and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
